Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used nail products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and free gifts are final sale.

Process

  1. Email support@nipanails.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping address.

  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund your order.
